Booking

Workouts & Facial Treatments

  • A deposit of $500 MXN per person is required to book each appointment or service, for all individuals without exception, including repeat customers. You are given 1 hour to make the deposit; otherwise, the slot will be released. The email will be sent once the deposit has been made or paid in-branch.

  • The deposit is non-refundable and can be used to purchase any service, product, or gift card if you’re not able to take your service.

Premium Treatments (Hydrafacial)

  • A deposit of $1,000 MXN per person is required to book each appointment or service, for all individuals without exception, including repeat customers. You are given 1 hour to make the deposit; otherwise, the slot will be released. The email will be sent once the deposit has been made or paid in-branch.

  • The deposit is non-refundable and can be used to purchase any service, product, or gift card if you’re not able to take your service.

Promotions

  • To book a promotion, no deposit is required; instead, full payment of the promotion is required.

Appointments & punctuality

  • We always send a confirmation message via WhatsApp one day before the appointment, or on Saturdays for Monday appointments. This message should be replied to with text or emojis to confirm that it has been read and confirmed by the client. If there is no response and there are other clients waiting for availability, we may proceed to assign the slot to someone else and cancel the unconfirmed appointment with the option to reschedule.

  • We have a 'No Show' policy, where if the client confirms the day before but fails to show up for the session without giving us a minimum of 4 hours notice to reschedule, we regret to inform you that there will be no refund, as this affects our ability to accommodate other clients by reserving the slot.

  • For groups of 2 or more people under the same reservation, we kindly request a 72-hour notice for rescheduling. Failure to provide this notice will result in a non-refundable reservation, as it impacts our ability to accommodate other clients by reserving the time slot. Please note that if one guest cancels, their deposit cannot be transferred for use by any other guest.

  • The maximum tolerance time is 10 minutes for any appointment. If you arrive late, we reserve the right to proceed with the service, as this affects our next appointment. In the case of gift cards, $500 or $1,000 MXN will be deducted depending on the type of appointment scheduled.

  • When the notice to reschedule is less than 4 hours, only in the case of a medical emergency, accident, or force majeure event, the appointment can be rescheduled without penalty.

Usage mode

Promotions

  • Each promotion will include a caption specifying its usage mode and validity period.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to schedule their appointments before the expiration date.

Gift cards

  • They function like cash that can be used to purchase any product, service, package, or membership, including current promotions.

  • Valid for use from Monday to Friday and with an expiration period of 6 months from the date of purchase.

  • If there is a remaining balance, it must be used within the same 6-month validity period from the date of purchase.

  • It is the buyer's responsibility to communicate the expiration date and how to use it to the recipient of the gift card.

Forms

  • Absolutely all customers must fill out the welcome form, which protects both us and the customer from any information regarding medical history.
